QR Based Imprint System that Provides Permanent Digital Identity to Buildings
The permanent plate QR (Building ID), which is hung on the door of each building, reveals the building's identity when scanned: license, residence permit, number of floors and building information. Data distributed across zoning, real estate, numbering, building control and disaster units are combined into a single identity; The inventory is kept synchronized with MAKS (Spatial Address Recording System). One QR code, two views: citizen sees KVKK compliant clear summary, authorized personnel sees full record including past penalties. Biryerden is integrated into the Kamu Karar Destek Platformu family; It is used live in the field.
