Gürsu Municipality Introduced AI Supported Digital Projects

Gürsu Municipality shared with the public the new projects it developed within the scope of digital transformation at its second annual activity evaluation meeting. Among the applications introduced, AI supported agricultural solutions, digital employment platform and citizen-oriented mobile municipal services stood out.

The new system aims to enable farmers to make crop planning, follow agricultural supports and receive preliminary evaluations for crop diseases. In addition, it is aimed to reduce intermediary costs with the digital market model that will directly bring together the producer and the buyer.

The digital platform developed in the field of employment will direct job seekers to suitable job postings with a matching system supported by AI. Thanks to the mobile application that will be offered to citizens, it is planned that requests and applications made to the municipality will be evaluated more quickly.

Speaking at the meeting, Gürsu Mayor Mustafa Işık stated that municipal services will become more effective with digital infrastructure investments and that they aim to strengthen the technology-oriented municipality approach with the ongoing projects in the district.
